I teach engineering and design at the University of Colorado Boulder for the e+ program. I'm passionate about engineering education, and I have a Ph.D in engineering specializing in fluid dynamics.

I have a diverse skill-set focusing on product design and prototyping, including CAD, Arduino microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, Basic Manufacturing (Lathe/Mill), 3D printing, Laser cutting, JavaScript web programming.

I also enjoy Data Science and Data Analysis, and am fluent in Python, R, and MATLAB.

I take a hands-on approach to engineering education.
My PhD was developing a system to simultaneously measure two scalars transported by a fluid, and use the system to analyze data in a variety of flows. The research has been applied to a variety of industries, from helping biologists better understand coral reproduction, to helping systems engineers develop more efficient mixing processes.
